"I would like to say I have been here for longer than 2 years. The ladies in the office are so pleasant and the maintenance guys are fast and do an amazing job(S/o) Gabriel. If you like a nice environment to live for your small family you willl love Magnolia Creek Apartments."

"If you want to live with nasty trash everywhere, dark non saftey areas, broken gates, no security, work orders never worked, roaches, bugs, nasty swimming pool and raccoons all over this is the place to live. Pictures attached is just a few I have live videos to support all I stated. Giving a one star review is too good if i had an option to give s negative I would. I have live at this property 3-4 years when Greystar was the management company. Well now Valiant Residential is the property management now and everything has we to hell in a handbasket. Check out Valient Google and Yelp reviews on line also check the BBB that has 53 complaints just alone this year WOW. This is what you will deal with if you become a resident here. They spend so much money on the front part landscape to pretend the property is kept up.....but they will bait you in and switch on you. This company is the most incompetent company I have ever seen. And everything 100% of the complaints are valid. 80% on the tenets who has lived here at Magnolia Creek 5+ years are gone and I will be following. I am not making false statements just trying to make whomever aware this is not what you want. Again read all reviews from Google, Yelp and BBB from different people about Valiant Residential the proof is in the pudding. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED"

"Magnolia Creek is a great property. I lived here while greystar was and now with Valiant and usually changes in management are very chaotic. They definently are doing a fantastic job. Sheri is great! Any problem I had was addressed and maintenance do their job in a timely manner and are very respectful! My move in was definitely great as Mayra was very sweet in helping me with any question they have. Even spotted an owl coming. Completely different atmosphere once you get beyond the entry gates!"

"The place is an eye sore, we pay for valet trash pick up but they only pick up 1/2 the time. It's embarrassing. People bbq on the grass next to our cars management doesn't answer the phones 1/2 the time, we had to beg them to power wash our building and it was 1/2 done. They don't spray for bugs like they did with the previous managemen. I pay too much money for to live in what looks like the peojects, im ashamed to have visitors."

"I write this because I am completely disappointed in what was a semi-luxury complex that became a Ghetto, there is no longer the cleaning that existed before, they cleaned the corridors, the pool daily, the trash cans, etc. this already depresses and there is no discipline. They have a party in the pool and leave a dumpster that when you want to use the pool is disgusting. They don't even paint anymore, dumpster in all the surroundings. For the price, it's not worth living here anymore. I don't give it zero because I can't."
