"Like most of the Houston area... crime is spiking. Some lowlifes feel the need to come take advantage of the elderly by breaking into their cars. Other than that... it's nice and peaceful in this senior complex. You do have some nosey neighbors, but there is good and bad in that. We need people to watch over the community, but report crimes, not the residents personal business. The apartment is spacious and semi-modern. It's always super clean on the premises. Residents and staff take pride in keeping the area clean. Walmart is right next door. Almeda Mall, Pet Smart, Burlington's and other stores are 5 mins away with some being in walking distance. Recommend highly for seniors who are looking for a decent senior community."
