"his apartment complex continues to buy and resell to different owners and management companies .. STEALING MONEY FROM THEIR TENANTS AND EVEN FROM HUD FUNDED TENANTS, This last company that just bought the apartments is asking for back pay from almost every tenants saying everyone owes 5000$ how can a whole complex owe that much money, so then they ask for proof of paying rent but the previous company has shut down the website where we were posting rent so now we have no access.. CABO SAN LUCAS APARTMENTS in Houston,Tx near Clearwood & Ledge St. these apartments aren’t children friendly and Management doesn’t even care for the community before 2-3 weeks ago.. order tenants and myself have seen the staff stealing items from a tenants apartment who had just passed away and his family hasn’t been there to pick up his things yet.. The worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex.. HIGH CRIME RATE, HIGH FLOOD RATES. City of Houston SHUT THEM DOWN ASAP, ITS A Ponzi scheme!!!!"
"I can’t even share what this apartment complex does. This is the worst place to live. The kids shooting the drugs the crime rats mice vacant apartments. Someone broke in my car broad daylight The office management does nothing probably because they are scared to enforce. The trash all over. The management has changed 6 times in 6-10 months. The security is a joke. So sad. They will move immigrants and criminals of all races. in the apartments knowing that is high crime. They move their family members to new vacant apartments."
"Under new management “indigo management” around Dec of 2022, at first they were trying to fix issues, then all of a sudden a bunch of people started moving out. Now the management is boarding up units and not fixing them anymore, roach and rat infestations, power outages, electrical issues, sewage leaks, water leaks, mold, stopped up drains (which most of the parking lots get heavily flooded streets get heavily flooded, crime is high, I’m surprised they keep the property will cleaned and do other small fixings (but let that fool you). I don’t recommend anyone to live here, I don’t care how cheap rent is DON’T MOVE HERE!"
