"Been living here for about 9 years, the now current management "Indigo Management" has done very little in fixing whatever problems was left from the previous management. As of now (6/3/23) I've been noticing lots of people moving out, the management are not fixing units but instead boarding them up. Sewage leaks, water pipe leaks, water outages, electrical issues, prolonged power outages, mold, pests; (roaches, house flies & gnats, rat & mice infestations), crime is high, street and parking lot flooding, management don't care for the residents and are very mean. Don't be surprised by how clean the property looks, that doesn't hold true when it comes to the units and when it floods bad. Trust me, I've lived here for 9 years, I highly don't recommend anyone moving in, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE no matter how cheap rent is!!!"
"Under new management "indigo management" around Dec of 2022, at first they were trying to fix issues, then all of a sudden a bunch of people started moving out. Now the management is boarding up units and not fixing them anymore, roach and rat infestations, power outages, electrical issues, sewage leaks, water leaks, mold, stopped up drains (which most of the parking lots get heavily flooded) streets get heavily flooded, crime is high, I'm surprised they keep the property will cleaned and do other small fixings (but let that fool you). I don't recommend anyone to live here, I don't care how cheap rent is DON'T MOVE HERE!"
"These staff keep my place beautiful. Those staff are the sweetest. Estan ben chingones por un precio racionable."
"Worse place to live. There's been water consuming the kitchen and now the living room for 3 days. This is a common occurrence with these apts. Mice are rampant and the staff obviously DO NOT care about anything you're going through."
