"Place is a bit shady at times. Gunshots, drugs, and problems, but as long as you just do your own thing it’s fine. Other problems is how bad the state of the apartments are; Roaches, water leaks, broken windows, broken heater, broken fridge, and the water goes off regularly. Workers here are pretty nice though, not their fault the state the place is in."

"I made an application and was denied supposedly for not enough income. I had gone to see the apt and the front office person was not there and there was a tenant outside looking for someone in the front office herself. She mentioned that they whole apts had been without water for 2 days then I said thank God I was denied no business there with my girls."

"Don’t go here even they sound affordable. They are very bad . They do fraud on a lot of people . They are liars and don’t do as they said . I was ripped off and they stoled money from my bank account. They just denied and never gave me my money back I’m still expecting it . I called so many people in charge of them and they all said that the apartment complex has just been using their name of companies but not have business with them ."

"Don't come or move in its Trashy and raggedy. Front office employees are wack and don't care for nothing. If I could give a negative star I would . By far worse apartment ever. They never have hot water ."

"If I could give the office staff a zero I would. They don’t know how to answer the phone professionally they literally say hello. For being in the industry over 10+ years you never answer the phone like that. If they took care of their maintenance issues as fast as they collected the rent money that would be nice. Obviously the management company needs to have them take some kind of training class for customer service and let them know it’s not professional to answer a business phone saying hello. No matter how irate a resident may be never gives you the right to course them out you’re supposed to calm the situation down and get the problems resolved. I would be willing to teach them customer service and how to answer the phone properly and well as well as say bye when hanging up . Rude Rude Rude Rude"
