"Ok first off I gave this place a try after reading the reviews. The many roaches and cable is why I gave them a two star. 1st: I don’t like roaches and they have a lot. Yes the roach reviews are real. There are many factors as to why they will always have roaches. How will you ever get rid of them if you only do 2 buildings a week….the roaches are just migrating to a different building. I am using “Fire Ant Killer” to get rid of them and they still seem to come back and I know this works to keep out all kinds of bugs. One by one they come marching. 2nd: Who watched cable? 90% of America use WiFi to stream their movies and I am in the top tier. So paying every month for something I won’t ever use is worthless. You would be better off have all residents pay you for WiFi . 3rd: there is a non smoking policy and no one follows it and I mean no one. I have an infant and I don’t want to walk by someone with her in my arms smoking. 4th: This is a gated community and the gate is always broken. 5th: The walls and doors are so thin that you can hear what is happening in the halls. And the floors are metal under the wood flooring. You drop something it echoes like you pounding on pure metal. 6th: I put in a maintenance order and when I went to the office it seemed that it wasn’t in their system so she had to make me one. I will say the maintenance man was very efficient and got the job done. The problem was that the dishwasher was leaking. 7th: You know like I know that there was not a light bulb in the fridge. There is a few dents on top of the stove like someone hit it with a hammer or bat. 8th: there are no screens in the windows so you can’t open them to get fresh air. And the blind can’t be raised or at least I don’t know how to raise them. Good points: A) Very very spacious; this is how they get you B) Wood flooring…. I love wood floors C) Very Very spacious bathroom; although a garden tub would make it!!! D) Large bedroom; closet could be redesigned. E) Laundry room spacious UPDATE: So I exterminated my apartment and I love it!!! Maintenance is fast!! Wish I couldn’t hear what happens in the hall. Washer does not fill up all the way. Since I am on the 3rd floor when it’s hot it’s hot! And the metal sounds of the floor kills me. And I did get my mailbox key."

"They purposely broke into my family members vehicles n stole one after wanting to end contract...tenants gave their 60day notice n willing to pay contract fee. But manager refused to accept payment n demanded tenants to pay the whole year. They are out of their minds. DO NOT RENT THERE!!!! A LOT OF VANDALISM."

"I moved in a year ago and during my first walk through my microwave door was missing!!!! The fridge was nasty roaches inside they didn’t clean anything!! My washer made noise every time it was on the spin cycle took them almost 4 months to replace. I have mold in my apt in the windows and bathroom everyone in the apartment has either gotten sick or still is sick! Manager said put in a work release order! Then the AC goes out and my kids are up in here hot passing out ! Almost all the maintenance men stay i. The apartments telling me to wait till the morning while they sleep in the AC!!! I can’t wait to break my lease ! Don’t message or respond to this thanks"

"I lived here years ago. The place was disgusting and trashy. At the time it was just nice to get a lot of room with rent not being too high - but there was a scary creep always walking around looking for “encounters” and plenty of other weird things. I was 18 and wasn’t financially stable and was behind on rent. They came into my unit and took my PlayStation as collateral. Looking back, I’m wondering if that was even legal."
