"Monday night around 9:30PM, our power went out in the apartments due to a failed transformer. Our property manager Ms. Sonya responded promptly as soon as she was aware of the situation. Not only did she stay on the property with us, Ms. Sonya and management also kept us informed with emails that provided updates on the failed transformer. Ms. Sonya also made a unit (Apt. 44) accessible for ALL residents that provided AC, electricity (to charge our electronic devices), water, Gatorade, fruits, pizza and popsicles for our babies to enjoy. Ms. Sonya also left the pool open during business hours for us to cool off in as well. Our kids really enjoyed that."

"Sonya W.!!!!! The reason I ultimately chose The Selena. She give that extra care, consideration that not every one possesses. I know it’s new management and they need a moment to get it together but customer service is something either you got it or you don’t. Sonya got it!!!! Thank you a billion times for everything! No lie. Some of the employees will turn you off and stress you out. But hopefully you won’t let that deter you because there’s always those few apples that spoil the bunch. With their great prices and spacious apartments it’s worth it to apply. I’m thankfully I got approved. With some stipulations. I’m happy and loving my new apartment and can’t wait to qualify for something larger!!!"

"New management and ownership have done a great job at turning this property around. The money they have put into this property has done wonders. They have added great amenities and added extra safety items like cameras throughout, new lighting throughout and security 24/7."

"Impossible to get things fixed here. Reported this issue months ago, still broken. Update review. Finally got the ceiling fan issue fixed. Now the issue is with the predatory towing now in place. I was just informed by management that it's the responsibility of the residents to walk the property to find the visitor parking. If management has no clue about the parking situation how would a resident know. It's clearly vehicles that have not been used in years being passed up by the towing company because they have no value for others that can resold if not claimed. I'm all for capitalism just as long as it's not predatory upon the lower class. After talking with management the resolution to this issue will have to be resolved by a magistrate."
