"These apts are full of drunk Guatemalans the whole complex consist of them I seen kids trying to play at the play ground and they are drunk laying on the slides they drink outside at all hours of the night it's not a safe apt complex"

"Coming to take over a predominantly Hispanic residential building and placing notes on everyones doors telling them they need to have their google translate open when coming to the office is wild. The new lady has a bad attitude. The pool is disgusting. No visitors parking. I watched a man wait outside the office for an hour to have somebody help him translate and talk to the office lady. It’s 100+ degrees outside and since the office is the size of a closet, she will make you wait outside so you don’t use up the only cool air in the entire complex. A/C doesn’t work in apartments."
"Ever since owners or management changed, things here have gotten worse. The pool remains dirty dark green, cars get broken into or windows smashed, they don’t tend to things needing fixed in apartments, the lady in the office is just completely rude and has a smart attitude for residents already living here. Lies about “looking into” or “working on” things needing attention. The temperature in the apartments are controlled by them and they don’t care about it being hot so lots of us are having to purchase window units for our windows which is scary at night having to leave our windows open, trying to sleep comfortably which is still impossible because we’re scared for our safety when some outer windows have already been broken before. This place just needs to be condemned in all honesty… I can’t wait to move"
