This management company is the best! You should definitely consider moving here! You’ll never find another place like this or a great team like them!"

"Absolutely the most amazing property I have ever lived at! First of all, they truly care about the appearance of the property. It is always well kept and up-to-date. The exterior is absolutely beautiful and it stays that way! Second of all the staff where do I begin, From the moment I came to view the property they were professional and kind and made the process easy and seamless (and even after I moved in, They continued to be kind and Professional) anytime I have an issue with anything they address it immediately or at least within 24 hours! Ask for Nuvia, Deja or Miela. What I love about working with the staff is that No matter what the issue is you can count on any one of those ladies to take care of it regardless of their job title! As for the units, they are absolutely beautiful on the inside and once again, well kept! All appliances, counters And cabinets are up-to-date! And the spacious the floor plan is Comfortability at its best! Don’t pass up your opportunity to live here this is my second year here and I wouldn’t trade it for the world!!"

"I’ve lived here over a year now with this lease being my last and after a year I’m ready to tell y’all that if you have any standards for competent staff to trust to handle their end of business do not come here. A day before I move in, (after we were told that we were moving at a great time and would have plenty of options) somehow only 1 unit was available but we didn’t know this until Meela called my boyfriend and told us our unit (one day before moving in i must reiterate) that it’s roach infested and there were NO OTHER UNITS available to us. She was lying obviously (because how do you prepare a unit for move in in all other aspects of livability just not insects?? Right lmao) but this began my breakdown with the staff specifically Meela, i find her unhelpful and condescending, she tried to speak to you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. The nerve to call someone knowing you knew about an infestation trying to act like you didn’t and not offering any real valuable solution became a trend with staff here. They tell you they’ve received things they didn’t and then will ask where you sent it like we were specifically told to send it to a certain email, they do nothing about people’s cars being violated, the trash service is a waste of money, they barely come when they say they’re supposed to but they get on us for putting it out at different times lol. They quite literally are trying to charge a $50 fee right now for insurance i sent a month ago literally. There’s nothing I hate more than paying for peoples mistakes. Meela to me is a walking property management robot, there’s absolutely nothing personable about her and i dread when she picks up, i avoided talking to her the first 6 months i lived here until i couldn’t anymore. she always has the same unhelpful replies, the maintenance men don’t do anything, our beaker is overloaded here and trips all the time and Deja or however you spell it clearly doesn’t do anything she said she’s done. I’ve worked in customer service and admittedly can have some high standards but this is bottom of the barrel to the point I’ve never tried to be pleasant with them except for former employee Liz (GIRL PLEASE COME BACK) i could go on and on but you get the idea. Renting in general isn’t perfect at all and some things come with it wherever you go. I love this area, and i don’t hate the complex but boa do i hate the people that run this pace lol"

"I’ve only been here a few months and I would definitely NOT recommend. First, I didn’t get to even see what apartment I was going to be in until move in day. That should’ve been red flag number one! The unit itself appeared clean on the surface, but mostly just wiped down. There was also a leak in my garage right before moving in, and what appeared to be mold around the edge. They had to come out twice to redo the drywall because the first time was obviously rushed so that i could move it. By day two, there was a fire ant infestation coming from the garage and into the second bedroom, living room, and bathroom. So bad that my daughter had to sleep in my room for a week until pest control came because they were on her bed. Not a good start 2 days in. That problem got fixed, then i started noticing roaches. Mind you, it was first in the garage and it was the big roaches (which i equated to "A Texas thing" (Im from the midwest) So i tried to manage the best i could, but then started seeing small roaches in my apartment. mainly the master bedroom/bath. There had been a leak in my apartment from something in the boiler closet leaking to the neighbors garage, and after they repaired their drywall, thats when the problem started. I mentioned it to the leasing office, Deja was very empathetic and offered to put me on the exterminator list. I spoke with one of the managers and asked if they could notify the neighbors and spray their unit(or at least their garage which is DIRECTLY under my master bedroom) and she said she would ask but unless its an infestation, they arent required to spray or notify other units. Okay, so instead of being proactive and keeping it from being a problem, only spray my unit and send the roaches to the other units. Okay, gotcha. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. I chose these apartments because the leasing agent Deja was literally the friendliest and most kind and patient person I have come in contact with while apartment hunting. Yall have a gem on your hands with regards to her. Besides that, it's a no for me. Oh, and i didnt mention that the walls are SOOOOOO PAPER THIN! And if you have a garage apartment and have obnoxious neighbors like i have that have a million people living there and the constant opening and closing of the garage at ALL times of the day, you will hate it! The garage literally shakes my entire bedroom at least 20 X's a day. Its crazy. U can hear every cough, sneeze, laugh, and fart from the neighbors and im not exaggerating. If this is how my first two months are, i dont know if i can make it a year. And the pool is just there for decoration. It's dirty and the whirlpool doesnt work. My daughter literally pulled a dead opossum out the water one day. Just gross. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!"

"I’ve been living here for about a week now, and so far everything is great. I love my apartment, the area, the amenities everything is nice. I would like to also thank the leasing agent Deja who helped us, she was really sweet, patient, knowledgeable and had awesome communication skills during the entire process of our application. Overall I have no complaints! Maintenance team works pretty fast, we love it here. Thanks again!!"
