"Since my first interaction with Toni and Maria, I knew I would call Elm grove home. Toni and Maria have been so welcoming and caring. Every time I walk into the office Maria always asks about my kids and how school is going and makes me feel like I’m not just another person renting an apartment here. I’ve laughed with them and cried with them, so thankful for these ladies. This was my first apartment and they made the whole process so stress free. Love calling Elm grove home. Not only is management the best, it’s also in a great and quiet location. Maria, you are the best! Someone please give these wonderful ladies a raise!"
"I was moving from Pennsylvania to Texas for work and to say it was stressful would not be doing it justice. But Toni and Maria at the leasing office were so great through the whole process! From before I moved, to after I moved, and until now, I can only say great things about Elm Grove and the ladies at the office. Maintenance is always timely, the apartment is clean, and the area is great. I can't say enough about Toni and Maria because they made me feel like family from the beginning and really made this my Home Away from Home! I couldn't be happier I made the choice to move into Elm Grove Apartments!"

"Lived here for about 2 years and it was a great experience. Toni and Rachel were always available, helpful and friendly, the nicest management I've had the pleasure to rent from. Maintenance requests were resolved quickly and without issues. It is located in a great place for families with children, across the street from large and well maintained community pool and many playgrounds accessible through Greenbelt trails. I took my kids on many wonderful walks, bike rides and pool swims and miss having access to all of it at the door of my apartment. Move out was smooth and easy, highly recommend Rachel and Toni at Elm Grove apartments."
