"I love living here, this is my 3rd apartment in 3 years that I have been in Houston and this is the only one that I want to renew my lease. They work really hard to make sure this stays a luxury apartment, the staff is so nice and new manager really knows how to run this place. I love it here. I’ve made so many friends, everyone is nice and it’s a dream if you have a pet with 3 dog run areas. Not to mention LOCATION!!! I’m begging them to not increase my rent to much because I plan on staying a longggg time."

Maintenance its another level just you need to submit a maintenance ticket and it’s fixed in the same day or next day!
