"I’ve been here 2 months this place has a nasty cat infestation. The ppl feed them & I know the management see them they are everywhere they sit on our cars, scratch up the hood of the cars it’s cat hair all over the cars , the build smells like CAT URINE THE MY CAR HAS SCRATCHES ALL OVER IT. I know these ppl can call animal control but they don’t ITS NASTYYYY"

"It’s a good location for work and close to a lot of nice food spots and a variety of grocery stores. They have the coffee area and trash valet which is very convenient. They do package delivery to your door. Armando was very welcoming and informative during our tour. KayKay was very helpful as well during our move. Maintenance issues have been fixed quickly and maintenance staff is friendly. The gym is nice, they have a stairmaster and are supposed to get a smith machine soon. Covered parking is also a big plus and it’s close by."

"I’ve been here for months now, The leasing team is absolutely A++. Great people, great team, positive attitudes always. The area is great and the halls are quiet. But the maintenance team is subpar, they will talk about you when they think no one is listening. Since the units are older the walls aren’t completely white, they are smog walls maybe from smoking from the previous tenants. If they could be re painted by management that would be more than amazing. The appliances are also older (stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge especially), decades older at that. If they could be replaced by the complex I may have absolutely nothing but positive comments about the unit. I’d even pay to help have the appliances upgraded in this unit."

"I wanted to get a full 30 days in before I did a review and my rating hasn't changed. I'm disappointed in everything. The employees are friendly and the property is well kept (clean) and quiet. That's all I have for positives. The convenience fee to pay rent online is excessive. Need a new appliance in my apartment that I yet to use it. I thought I would receive the same appliances as the model apartment and I didn't. The appliances are 90s/early 2000s. I have insect problems already, not just a few ants. The strong smells of weed and cigarettes throughout the garage. People walk their dogs without leashes."
