"I went into these apartments 3 TIMES!!!! And the first 2 were very informative but different information each time. Then on the 3rd time, They were very discouraging and kept giving me the run around as to why I would just be denied. I have a good credit and no evictions and a great paying job. Bottom line is they were giving different Information each time I came into the establishment. I was upfront about my credit score on day 1. But on day 3 is when Wonda finally told me that my credit score may not be enough. Please explain how on day 1 she stated oh “your credit score won’t be a problem”. But on day 3 is a total different answer??? They are not customer service friendly. And not user friendly. I will honestly say I have never had this kind of service at any apartment complex and I am disgusted. 1 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"

"My car has been towed from here and so has my friends. There is a roach problem during the summer months. Office staff is rude and unhelpful. They will also delete real reviews and only leave positive ones. Car break ins and motorcycle theft are common here. Avoid the hassle and check out other nearby apartment complexes."

"It’s been about four months since we moved in. Wanda and Jenae are great in our move in process and you really get your money’s worth living here. So far we love it here but I will say the ONLY complaint is the free for all parking that I wish could be better. Maintenance is very prompt with us and are super respectful of our privacy. Very secure and valet trash is a godsent."
