"My family has been here for just about a year now and personally, we love it! In a world full of inflation at the moment, this place is a light at the end of the tunnel. Affordable rent, nice atmosphere, respectful neighbors. The managers are amazing, always on time with maintenance requests, pest control, or any other requests. I would recommend anyone to stay here and will definitely be staying another year."

"If i could give this place zero stars i would let’s start off by saying the first day i moved here roaches was present they did not take care of the roach issue the whole 12 months i lived here the mangment brad and Nicki are horrible all they do is lie and want to take your money but guess what im taking these people to court. Dont move here unless you want to live with roaches and as well as being watched by the property people on cameras all day no privacy at all they tried to charge me with charges when i moved out because they did not like me because i spoke up abut their cheap apartments it is false advertisement its ghetto and gives poor and cheaply made apartments they tired to charge me for things that was never broken the landlord are scammers as well as liars slum lords believe my review they pay people to put good reviews oh another thing is it’s not quite at all you can hear ever little thing going on kids are always out side screaming all day no peace again the have roaches. Brad and Nicki always wanted to argue every time i told them about their aparments and that’s why they don’t like me because i tell the truth . I refuse to let them Play me like a fool. Also a lot people moved out. Because this is just not a good place to live they tried to charge me for their cheap repairs they tried to do. my child hated this place because we couldn’t do anything without a roach coming out glad we are out of this dump and actually living luxury take notes Nikki and Brad can’t wait to put this Aparment from hell behind me eventually !"

"I have lived here about 2 years. The complex is small so while you do not know “everyone” you know who belongs there and who does not, the Elementary schools and market are 2 minute walk and a snack stand for hotdogs, nachos, elotes. The court yard of apartments is in visible distance of all apartments so you can always see kids play from patio and window. The security cameras and gates with secure parking are the best part. The location is nice it is close to almost everything “inner loop”Maintenance is active and pro active on maintenance issues they are normally fixed same day or following day depending on when you call. Only tough part of apartments is not enough washers and dryers on weekends."

"Looking for an apartment can be stressful. The management of Emory at Canal makes it very easy to apply. Nikki was super helpful with the process. It was clean, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!"
