"I just recently moved in a few months ago, I LOVE MY APARTMENT! I finally got it set up the way I wanted and I feel right at home. The office staff is very nice, for Halloween they passed out candy for the kids and had a photo booth set up. The neighbors are quite, parking isn't coward. I would recommend the apartments, they are even offering $1500 for a referral, I already told my co-workers."
"The office sucks… Hardly ever answers the phone when you call… I’ve been here for two years my A.C went out about 4 times within that 2 years. I have maintenance requests from months ago that magically disappeared. There’s mice in the walls, they make their way into my CLEAN apartment. I must’ve caught at least 20 since I’ve been here. I’ve been asking them to find the hole in the wall that the mice are coming in from but nobody ever does anything."
"My apartment got flooded Saturday and they went in without notice and left a mess. Nobody called me to notify me and all my stuff was thrown. It’s Monday and no one has contacted me yet. I came it to talk to them and they’re not doing anything about it. They just want to clean the carpet instead of replacing it, the place already stinks, they won’t let me move out and I still have to pay this month’s rent. They’re not trying to help at all. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. The place is old and rent keeps going up by weird fees, the pool is green and they don’t do maintenance on the property. The gate never works and its 24/7 open. Doesn’t feel safe at all, specially knowing they can just go in to your apartment without notice."
