"If I could give this apartment a 0 star I would! Do not go and live here if you expect to have occasional visitors OR Do not go and visit your loved ones if they live here. For the entire complex, there are only 16 visitor parking spots, of which, people rarely move because they will tow you for not being in one. I went to visit my sister for a few hours two days ago and my car was towed. I drove around looking for a spot two times and everything was full. So assuming that clearly they won’t tow me when they’re no spots available was a HUGE MISTAKE! I live an hour away and was there with my 1 year old daughter. I was not only left with no vehicle for the night (the tow place was closed for the night), but I had to get a ride (with a car seat), come back to this side of town the following day, & pay $200+ to get my car back! When I spoke with the manager onsite (Melinda) I was basically told that there was nothing she could do because they need to have spots for tenants, more than visitors (after she told me they are only 50% occupied right now). I see why. I wouldn’t live here either if I couldn’t have occasional guests visit me without knowing if they’d be car-less when it’s time to leave! I was given the corporate number and called to complain with no luck as of yet. Not only will I be letting everybody I know to not visit here, but I will be letting them know that there is no care or concern for those who visit here and could possibly become tenants! This complex is a HUGE NO for me!!!!! AND NO I DONT WANT TO REACH OUT TO THE COMPLEX FOR ANYTHING FURTHER, UNLESS YOU ARE RETURNING MY MONEY IN THIS RECESSION!!!"

"I moved into this complex when it first open. What drew me most to complex was it’s charm design and the community feel that exuded from the staff. From 2020 to now there has been multiple changes with management, to rules and communication style with residents. my key factor in moving out was the many “guidelines” that staff had no compassion when communicating or working with their residents to resolve arising issues. we had set hours to use the pool that was often locked due the delayed maintenance repairs, many of the workout equipment was not well kept and out of order , visitor parking was designated at the very back of complex with less than ten spaces for the entire complex to share. As this visitor parking was new to the residents, I attempted to request another parking sticker for my partner’s vehicle. however with him not being on my initial leasing agreement, the staff had no empathy or understanding to difficulties this created. lastly, my moving out experience was very distasteful. the staff manger and assistance manger did not have proper organization with the non release letter that was submitted months prior to my move out date and attempted to charge and make a claim on my renter’s history. the manger used the difference of our ethnicities to claim I was being a threat for simply standing up for myself and what was truth in my experience and their demeanor. the staff are highly focus on meeting their metrics on their end but often forget the main priority is their clients and the homes their suppose to assist in creating."

"Ms Melinda and Desiree has made my move in experience very smooth and pleasant. All questions I had were answered and handled professionally. So far I have had an awesome experience, even down to my maintenance man, Oscar. So moving here has been on point. Thank you to everyone I have spoken to, but may not have named."

"I have lived at Stonegrove for the past 2 years and have enjoyed every bit of it. Anytime I have an issue or a concern the staff or maintenance is always super helpful and in a timely manner. I thoroughly enjoy the free coffee that is in the leasing office, I enjoy the gym and the pool is extremely nice. This is my first apartment since moving to Houston and I feel extremely safe living here, I recommend anyone to live here."

"If you're looking for a comfortable and welcoming apartment complex, look no further than this gem. This complex is known for its accommodating nature, offering quick and efficient services to its residents. In fact, when we reported a silverfish issue in our unit, pest control was sent out within a week to spray our unit. They even came back for a few consecutive weeks to ensure the issue was completely resolved. Since then, we have not seen any more silverfish. Not only is the management team responsive to requests, but the neighbors are also friendly and welcoming. Overall, this apartment complex is a great choice for anyone looking for a hassle-free living experience."
