"It is a nice place it really is just the apartment that I looked at was way too small for $772 a month it was way too small and then she told me about two other ones two bedrooms and two bedrooms and two baths and they went up from 772 to 9:45 and then $1,007 which is nice if I had a roommate but I don't have one so I don't know what to do but it is a nice place"
"I have lived here a couple of years. The apartments are older and most updates are cosmetic. Think they are a little overpriced for age of apartments. Maintenance man is great - quick, nice and very capable. Recently renting to more young people so now you have to be more careful when walking to look for fast drivers (day and night). Have also heard loud speakers a few times when I never used to. Also, management is iffy - manager is pretty nice. Assistant manager is not as nice - have heard her get a little snitty with people now and then. She even told a new tenant in my building that if you die, they will still go after you (your family) for the month's rent that is due if you break your lease (and I heard that they have actually done this). Also, have been down to the office a few times and usually find the assistant manager in the party room playing cards instead of working or sometimes in office playing on phone or putting makeup on. Will not be renewing my lease."
