"I think I’m getting the run arounds but any way I put in two applications to see if I can get my own place since I’m on SSI and I feel like they not going to hit me up they say I’m on the waiting lists.. but I feel like they pick and choose who they want and honestly that’s messed up.. because ppl that actually do Have income can’t Even get a place because our problems not like the ones that’s staying in hotels. I guess but ima still wait I have no other options but like I said they not gonna call me.. been waiting for a month and 1/2 now."

"Yes I gave them a 5 star when I need the maintenance team mr Larry or mr Bo they there for me with no problem. Always came to my rescue when I had a maintenance problem. No complain I guess I’m very persistent. And the leasing team is nice at times very understandable and will work with you if late or behind. A lot of people might wouldn’t say this but unfortunately they like family to me if these apartments was so Infested with roaches and the leasing team was so rude I wouldn’t have been here for 12 years oh it has been ups and down that’s everywhere!!! I’m greatful. Great Job Ms Lisa definitely Ms Paulette and Ms Kelsey one of a kind lol. From Ms Williams y’all favorite tenant"

"Can't get ahold of anyone when I need emergency maintenance done. Our AC has been leaking for days now, cant even use the bathroom without getting dripped on, and the office is always a busy signal when I try to call. Our bathtub is coming apart and peeling at the seems and there's a crack at the bottom where it's breaking near the drain. I DONT KNOW WHO ELSE TO CONTACT BUT IM VERY CLOSE TO reporting them to someone...so tired of the negligence."

"The women in the office are very rude, they have bad attitudes and act as if they own the place. They wouldn't even let me sit in the office for about 5 minutes to fill out some papers. This was only my first visit who knows what I have in store living there. I already feel the messing vibes. Apparently they could use some training in Costumer Service. As far as the apartment.... beautiful just keep your distance so there won't be any problems. The police are horrible but it's Humble we all know police don't play in that area."

"I actually liked living here, I just didn't like the people. Always hanging out on my porch, smoking weed and using profanity. I'm glad that no one ever knew my name. There was so much drama. But my apartment was beautiful and I sometimes miss it. The maintenance men are great, really respectful and always on time. The women in the leasing office vary...some are cool and others are messy. Your best bet is to just pay your rent on time and go home...the worst part is Humble Police Department...they are so quick to harass black people...they will follow you around and put in you in jail just so they can have you in their records and pay their high ass fees in court. I hate them with a passion."
