"The staff here is amazing every question was answered the process was smooth and the move in was a breeze Ms. Hope was available on Saturdays which was so convenient for me She is super nice well educated when it comes to the leasing process and was very organized I recommend a 10 star ! I did have a slight issue with the AC unit not cooling I submitted my service request online 9:03 am Mr. Kevin was here at 10:07am same day he also was super nice and knowledgeable I love it here !"

"If I can give these apartments a zero I would!!! My daughter stayed here and I’m so happy she left. If you want your car broken into every other day or week move here! Got my car almost stolen! And windows busted left my neighbor car on 4 BRICKS !!! Made a police report and emailed pictures to bridelle and nothing was done about it. HORRIBLE STAFF. Bridelle Foster very Unresponsible, never follow up and depending on the day of the week she always have a attitude and Hope at the front office ALWAYS rude and got something smart to say probably from being up all night till 4am at the pool drinking beers with the maintenance men’s. Then when she has work in the morning she a drunk mess. These apartments are sad and so unprofessional I have never seen anything like this in my 53 years of living. Hope stays at these apartments and work at the front office she spends majority of her time outside at night smoking and drinking and playing loud music at the pool and on her porch. Very ghetto and if you’re working in the office you would think she would have some class and keep her bussiness in the house and not for the whole apartments to see. These apartments don’t fix NOTHING. Gate always broken. A/C units always going in and out and they won’t fix it at all. No cameras. They pay tow men to come take your car even if you are parked in the correct spot but won’t pay for security to watch cars at night. Hope made a comment and said she knows who is breaking into cars but the office people need to do their job! How sad is that!! These apartments are cheap but it’s not worth it at all. And it’s roach infested! Not enough parking you have to park your car at the gas station plenty times my daughter had to sleep in her car because she was scared someone was going to take it / break into it or it will get towed !!! There is shootings at night, weed smokers all over. It’s just a hot mess. So glad my child left these raggedy apartments! The owner not the office assistants but the OWNER of these apartments need to do better! People live here with there children and spend there hard earned money to keep a roof over there heads people should feel safe! Shame on the owners and staff of these apartments !"

"I have literally been waiting a month and half to get an apartment with these people! I say don’t move here or even try. They hold on to your deposit and every time you call to check to see if you are approved, they say oh well we haven’t received anything from the compliance office. Also state well we approve other applicants but we sent in a correction and never hear back anything! I’ve went up there and called and called I still get the same thing every time. It’s ridiculous here at this place and if you have a deadline to meet don’t apply. You will literally be living on the street before you even hear, you will be approved or denied !! Customer service is horrible, look elsewhere before this place This is a reply to the owner. I have reached out and that’s the office number and they are saying the same thing. There is no hope for this place. It’s always compliance office and it’s nothing the leasing manager, property manager can do but wait in compliance. That’s what I was told."
