Ms Maggie was so sweet and helpful answering all my questions and went as far as making sure I had all the area schools and where all the bus stops were. No one has ever gone above and beyond. I must say very very impressed with her and the community."

"These apartments deserve 0 stars first off let’s start with management they do absolutely nothing but sit in that office to make it look like there working in reality there doing absolutely nothing wen it comes to fixing things they give u the run around but expect people to have there rent on time then we also pay for pest’s control but we don’t even get what we pay for it’s sad!!! The property never clean always dirty u can’t even feel comfortable where u pay rent and think twice before making Shenandoah ur future home"
"Please don’t fall for the new reviews they are fake made by the office . The apartments aren’t like the picture.I been Here for years always different management. Lots of roaches and VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES. They never answer their phone they don’t repair .lots people breaking lease they are liying to y’all! and they don’t follow contract . Restrooms always moldy . And pool is dangerous is shocks by the light . You will get towed regardless if you register .come at ur own risk"
