"The new lady young manager name Hernandez I told her that my apartment is full with mold. My kids have allergies and it's making us sick. Instead of her taking care of the job she is too busy in her office putting on makeup. I been living here for 8 years and they do not treat me with respect. There is another lady in the office that's sitting in the front desk she is nice"
"Just saw the recent reviews. Most people who live in this apartment complex are Spanish speaking. There has been a new switch in management which has helped. It used to be crazy with crime people even children being shot near by, ect... Now the thing I can say it's if you actually want to get things done you need to speak to the manager as it's been the only way I've gotten stuff done. Rent is much affordable than other apartments. Also if you don't like loud music at night on the weekends or it's bother by people working on their cars ect... this might not be the place for you. EDIT the manager I was talking about previously is gone there's a new lady in this office who isn't the manager but it's in charge of "getting stuff done". Things take for ever to get done you have to pay extra because they can't fix the things in a reasonable time that's 7 days.."
"Being a resident of almost 2 decades here I must admit that there has been considerable growth due to the recent change in management under Ms. Wannelys leadership.She has shown a consistent ability towards care professionalism and honesty towards the residents. REFRESHING!! Its really nice to feel like you are being listened to and feel safe in the in the fact something will be done about it in a timely manner."
