"Horrible Customer service! All 4 of my Tires were Stolen in the Parking Garage and my Car was Left On Bricks. Not to add, Security was in Sight of the Apartment Complex and did not catch the burglars. I have tried numerous times to contact management about this matter, but no response or have been told to call back. I pay $50 a month to park my car in a gated Complex and this still happens."

"These reviews that have 4/5 stars are not real reviews from residents living here. Once someone tours the property, they ask them if they can leave a 5 star review and you are also touring a unit on the 1st floor which always looks the most decent. As someone who has been staying here since July, I can’t wait until my lease is up to find somewhere else. My mail has been stolen constantly and they tell me they cant look at the cameras, the hallways are disgusting / always dirty (Ive literally sat and watched the janitor mopping with a dirty mop over trash that needed to be swept), there is dog poop everywhere around the outside that smells god awful, we’re supposed to have “valet trash” which we’re charged $25 for monthly and they don’t always come so I end up taking out my own trash, my car has been broken into, and my A/C unit was just recently broken which I put in a request for and they submitted it as if it was fixed when they NEVER came so I called the front office and they eventually sent someone but I was charged $130 for an electricity bill … ?? We also have “security patrol” and they quite literally may as well not be here, one of them only speaks spanish, when there was an incident going on here I tried to get him and he didn’t understand along with the others that rotate with him doing nothing but sitting in their car or standing outside on the phone. Building 2 that is not attached to the leasing office looks VERY UNCLEANLY as well. The elevator is broken, the hallways are disgusting, there’s damaged walls and fixtures, etc. I understand its considered “student housing” but thats not an excuse to have students living bad because if this was a high class white neighborhood things would be different."

"I’ve been loving my stay so far!! Very Friendly environment. My leasing Manager kayla was amazing during my leasing process! She’s always had great communication and she also given of a genuine vibe and always willing to help! All and all I would recommend starting here it’s Great!!"

"The apartment themselves are great. The leasing office staff is very friendly...they all seem to be students but very professional and respectful and deal with the problems that come in well. I gave 4 stars bc the residents have to ALSO respect their new home and keep it clean and it's evident that there are tenants staying there that litter the hallways and bring pests. However, it is also evident that management does it's best to combat these issues. I would definitely prefer DLP over the dorms for my college students."
