"This place is awful. My daughter moved in and her dorm room was FILTHY!! And since she’s moved in (less than a month ago), she’s had toilet issues, shower drain stoppage and now her electrical outlets don’t work. This place is a freaking dump!! Ashamed of UH to even include this place as an approved dormitory!"

"This was my last option for housing and i just knew it would be a mess. From living here i can honestly say it was not that bad in all honesty. Yes, you do live by Frats and stuff but they are usually not that loud depending on what side you live on. The alarms do go off for the littlest of things which is annoying and THERE IS NO OVEN! They lied it's only and old ass stove top. It is a little old I can not lie and it takes forever for them to fix stuff. My roommates weren't the cleanest people but I lived would i recommend it to other people HELL NO! It's not worth the high ass price!"

"Way too many problems for all the money it cost. Fire alarm goes off all day everyday even at 5AM. Fraternities loud af. Th shuttle that comes through here is completely unreliable sometimes it takes 5 minutes sometimes it takes 40 minutes. There is suppose to be a way to track its location but it never works. Only good thing here is the fix-it crew is fast and the RA's are helpful."
