"This is the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in, do not move here. Every building has boards rotting off. Each unit smells of mildew. They have a predatory towing service that will tow your car for anything they can come up with. They will shut your water off with no warning and give you no real time frame of when it will be back on, I had my water turned off 6 times in the first three months I lived here. They threaten to charge all pet owners violation fees for other people not picking up after their pets. They did a random inspection on my unit without notifying me first. A tree branch fell and landed on my truck and it took them three weeks to do anything about it. Rotting leaves littered the parking lot the entire winter. Dumpsters get overflowed and stay that way for days at a time. My dishwasher was moldy and broken when I moved in, I’ve asked them to fix it several times and they still haven’t. There are obvious fist holes in the doors of my unit that they just plastered over. The parking lot is in complete disarray with potholes and damaged speed bumps everywhere. And every single balcony you look at is leaning. Not to mention the dog park is absolutely disgusting because they don’t maintain it. Honestly there is so much more but I hope you get the idea. I wouldn’t trust any positive review you read about this place"

"I love my apartment, I’ve been here a few years I recommend. Maintenance is great, office staff is very nice. I love the new office team. They’re very helpful! And quick to answer my questions."

"This apartment is horrible. The paint is layered up so thick you can see drips in the wall everywhere. Since I moved in 4 months ago they have shut off water to my unit 6 times. There is a huge problem With roaches. There is mold in the walls in t”my bathroom. The washer and dryer included with the unit are absolutely pathetic and barely work at all. All the driveways are in terrible condition with HUGE cracks and potholes. The maintenance team is lazy and unprofessional. The buildings that people live in have huge cracks in the brickwork and the foundation of multiple units that are dangerous and unsafe. Every building is literally rotting and needs new roofs because they are sagging and caving in They make no effort to keep the place clean or nice at all it’s just degrading into the ground. There are children running around all over the place un supervised. All this and they charge $1050 dollars for a 700 sq foot apartment. This feels criminal. I hate this company and whoever manages it."

"I moved here in June of 2023 Didn’t have a problem at first but after the constant change of management (twice in six months), I can admit that these people have 0 control or knowledge of what’s going on. My ac unit stopped working in the middle of the summer and it took them 3 weeks to do something about it. A month ago, I had a hole on my roof and water was leaking through my ceiling and into the first floor of my apartment. It took them 2 weeks to fix it and it led to a puncture on the main pipeline. Damage got worse and up to this day, they have failed to replace my damaged carpeting, it has been more than a month now."

"I’ve been here a couple months and have been happy with our unit. Maintenance has been called twice and the turnaround time has been very quick. As a precaution in any apartments are always pre-treat for any rodents and roaches, and I also do a monthly treatment and I have had no issues since I moved in. Haven’t had no issues with towing but I do have my current tags on and follow the rules. There was only one change since I was here and everybody in the office has been nice and quick to handle any concerns I love the quietness of the Community. Little by little I have seen improvements made by the new company such as the dog park benches or anything that seems needing to be replaced. It looks like they’re getting to it little by little. We had an issue with the mailboxes, but it was promptly corrected. I had toured their sister properties and finally chose this one because I like the Layout, the best part of my unit is the washer and dryer as that saves me a headache and hassle. They are really huge. My neighbors can be a bit loud, but that comes with the territory of staying in the apartment but I really do love my unit and plan to renew when the time comes, Pamela and Nelly are really nice!"
