"Uncaring Staff. Had my car stolen here after 2 years of residency and then they towed my rental 2x charging me an extra $550. Simply because I did not understand the need for a temp tag and the 1 week duration of the temp tag. Merry Christmas."
"I just renewed my lease for another year. I have no complaints, the folks at the front office are nice. Christine is always chipper and ready to help if you have any questions. Maintenance is quick and goes above and beyond. I was struggling to get a large bag up the stairs and one of the guys from maintenance offered to help carry it up the stairs since he was coming to fix something for me anyways. It was a small gesture but those are the kinds of details that make apartment living pleasant. My neighbors for the most part are lovely and fun to chat with. The area is safe and quiet. Not to mention they are one of the most affordable apartments' in the area without compromising safety or aesthetic. 10/10 from me."

"I absolutely love it. The office staff are very professional and go over and beyond to do everything they can to assist you. The maintenance staff really came through for me in a timely manner to fix the ac, as we all know how hot it is here in Houston. So I really appreciate how quickly they fixed the problems and was very professional the entire process. I look forward to calling this place home."
