Broadstone Post Oak

"I lived here for 4 years and throughly enjoyed it for the most part. All apartment complexes have things about them that ideal but broadstone has more food than bad. I would recommend living there to anyone!!"

"Just moved a few months ago from CA. Very dissappointed. Unfortunely I couldn't see the complex in person, did everything online. Got what I wanted, the interior of the apt is as shown on the plans. But, everything else is false advertisement. All features and ammenities shown are in very very poor conditions. Even though they keep saying forever they will remodel soon. From pool, to business rooms, social room, NO Golf, very deteriorated furniture, and staff is friendly, too friendly that they don't care people having parties of more than 50 people at the pool late at night, people smoking pot in common areas, people without pets on their leash, etc.. They just don't care when residents break the rules. They just issue fines i guess. Can't wait to get outta of here, even though is a great location. "We lived at Broadstone for a year and half and loved it. The property is really nice, has great amenities, and our apartment was beautiful (and in great shape). The staff and management are excellent. Louise and her team really care that everyone living there has a great experience. They dealt with any maintenance issues right away and were great about communicating. We will definitely miss the team at Broadstone. Not all of the residents are perfect, and because it is so nice, some people treat it more like hotel than a home and leave messes around (I will never understand why some people trash where they live??), but the team quietly deals with it and keeps it nice. The construction and expansion of Post Oak Blvd gets nicer every day and will really enhance the value of this property with more fountains, parks, and wide sidewalks. The location is perfect and close to everything. We used electric scooters to get around everywhere and rarely ever needed to take a car out of the garage. We are so glad we picked Broadstone at Post Oak."
