"Update: after 4 months, they did come & repair the leak behind the wall & replace the sheetrock & repaint it. I am waiting for them to come & bomb the place for the roaches. Roaches, roaches, roaches. Have had a leak behind the wall for 4 months, so now I have mold and water destroyed walls. Neighbor kids running wild, my friend's truck was broken into, and a young person got shot & killed here part of which was on my Ring camera."

"Roach infestation is very real the raccoons are very bad you can hear them inside the ceilings.Out dated appliances! The outside of the apartments and the alleyways need pressure wash the stairs as well, walls are very thin you hear your neighbors conversation i been here almost a year i definitely want be living here again and another thing the ladies in the office are HORRIBLE"

"5 star customer service! I accidentally called the front desk when attempting contact my electric provider. The representative exemplified excellent customer service by listing to my concerns, checking for understanding by requesting more information. She finally, once all the necessary information was received to come to a conclusion; let me know that I had the wrong number. If this is how a person is treated who has the wrong number, I can only assume that the tenants are also treated with respect as valued members of their community. Thank you for a great experience."

"As a resident currently , I’ve been here a year , it’s not the worst, but it’s not the best . The roach infestation is very real , very very real ! I’m a minimalist and ocd but it’s still a thing . Pest control is a joke , I went out and spent my own money to fix it . The loose dogs and strays are very real , the raccoon issue has been better since they’ve cracked down on trash at the door but ultimately there’s only two trash bins so they’re at the bins with the stray dogs . You would think the complex would call animal Control but nope ! Maintence is pretty good , I have no complaints , some of the things they use is very cheap so it keeps breaking . Out dated appliances , and no matter how many times it breaks you can’t get a new one ‘ bc ppl don’t pay their rent ‘ which is what the office told me ! A joke right ! I adore Ms . Gina. She cares , a lot , and I can definitely appreciate that ! The phones are a joke, it’s best to pull up … the parking is terrible , there’s so many abandoned cars taking up spaces .. I’m in yeartwo and I definitely don’t want to be here again , I hate moving but the roach thing is too much. Oh I love my neighbors , our building is very quiet, my upstairs neighbors do a lot noise wise ."

"We have been her for almost 12 years and over the past couple years it has gone down with the new management. We have made several reports and nothing has been done. Stairways and walls haven’t been power washed in years. Put in work orders and nothing fixed. Neighbors have a dog that runs loose and scares the kids. Very unsafe place and seems management doesn’t care"
