"My mom lived her for a few years the place is decent for the price. Not a bunch of rodents the big tree roaches and wasps is as bad as it gets. But that chick in the office is just about useless. She sits in the office all day with the lights off and blinds closed so nobody goes in there. It's a struggle to get maintenance to handle anything because you can get in touch with them. The "Kia boys" have been active there before stole a car or two. I wouldn't recommend these apartments for people with kids. But if it's just you trying to grind until you can afford better this place is good. Not great. I definitely think they need to get a new manager in that office. One that wants to work."
"THEY ARE SCAMMER!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMING They charged me with a $125 for application fee, and never gave me a status on my application after I called it’s been two weeks and I asked for a refund since my application was never ran, and they said no because the application is non refundable this place is very unprofessional and need to be shut down."
"Please do not waste your time here, they are SCAMMERS & will take your money especially for a raggedy apartment. They charged me $250 worth of fees just to deny us before thanksgiving. Kelly will give you the run around and make it seem promising, the reviews are correct, they will in fact keep your money and tell you basically it is what it is on the whole situation. I’ve reached out to the property management but no answer or even a returned call. THEY ARE DEFINITELY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & SCAMMING OUT HERE!"
