"I recently renewed my lease for another year at this wonderful apartment complex, and I couldn't be happier with the changes since the new management team took over. Having resided here since April of 2023, I've witnessed a remarkable transformation that has truly elevated the living experience. Under the old management, there were numerous issues that made living here less than ideal. However, since the arrival of the new management team, everything has changed for the better. From improved communication to prompt resolution of maintenance requests, the difference is like night and day. Speaking of the maintenance team, they deserve special recognition for their professionalism and efficiency. They have addressed every issue promptly and with a smile, making sure that residents' concerns are always a top priority. It's clear that they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of service they provide. Furthermore, the new management team has implemented several positive changes that have greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the community. From regular community events to enhanced security measures, they have gone above and beyond to create a welcoming and safe environment for all residents. I also appreciate the open line of communication that the new management team maintains with residents. They actively seek feedback and are quick to address any concerns that arise, fostering a sense of trust and transparency that was sorely lacking before. In terms of my personal experience, there was one incident under the old management that left me feeling frustrated and overlooked. However, since the new management team took charge, they have not only rectified the situation but also exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to continue living here and am grateful for the positive changes that the new management team has brought. "We had a wonderful meeting with Karli on Sunday. She was so sweet and welcomed us with a big smile. She took us on a tour and apartments. She was expressly knowledgeable about the apartments and answered all our questions. These apartments are beautiful and very well kept. I would highly recommend working with her if you have any inquiries about the property."

"I’ve been here a year and a half. It was great the first couple months but then I started noticing there have been many vehicles being broken into, cars being stolen. The main issue with this is the gates are ALWAYS malfunctioning. This causes for lack of safety. They have no cameras around, they have no security patrolling to make the residents feel safe. It’s Christmas weekend and all weekend the gates of course are broken again so ANYBODY can get through into the complex. On top of it, my car has got broken into this weekend as well along with 4 other cars. Called the police and even the police was surprised that the gates were wide open, and the officer even said the leasing should atleast provide security patrolling around here. I pay $1900+ in rent and there is no safety/security here. And if you want a garage they will charge you ADDITIONAL money which in my opinion for the amount I already pay, should already be included. I will be breaking my lease due to this because the apartment across the street gates are always closed but ours here at Sierra at Fall creek are constantly broken. Safety and security is important but obviously not to this complex. They spend all this money to paint the building but won’t provide security around here or cameras. Like I said I loved it in the beginning but it’s been major issues for about a year. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to these apartments."
