"I am so tired of this complex, the office personnel change every 4 months they charge you monthly for pest control and I have to do my own because the roaches are so bad, the worst thing they could have is valet trash pick up because if you are paying $25 a month they just leave it out side there door All weekend so of course Roaches, they keep charging for rental insurance $25 I have my own with Allstate and now they owe me $102.50 and you can never reach anyone in the front office, not sure why they even have a front office you can’t pay your rent there, you can’t ask for maintenance there because you have to do it online. It took me 11 months from my move-in date to get a remote for the gate and it stopped working after 3months, the yard crew blows the leaves under my patio gate so it’s full of leaves, it just has been such a bad experience, can’t wait to see how much they will want to go up on my rent once my lease ends (even though my unit has not been updated with the hardwood floors and cabinets)"

"We moved here as of 11/2023, love this place, so peaceful, quiet, and pleasant. Maintenance is on point people are friendly. And Mrs. Janie was very professional and nice and helped me throughout the process."

"Never really like writing reviews, but I was so pleased with the 2 ladies in the office, Anessa and Janie they were very sweet and the apartments are beautiful and very affordable. If anyone is looking for an apartment I recommend them for sure."

"On site manager changes constantly. Property manager changes regularly. Pest control is charged as a monthly fee and they hardly show up, when they do, the technician is in and out within 5 minutes. We have roaches in our apartment and we are a very clean family. It's like the movie Joe's Apartment everytime we turn on the kitchen lights. Roaches all over the damn place. We have spent our own money for pest control and have sprayed our apartment. No improvement so there is a serious problem with roaches in our building. No refund provide on the pest control services. We have to wash every dish or utensil before we use it to cook or eat. Which translates to more water being used and more money being spent. Absolutely stupid having to deal with this when we take care of our home. Huge hole in the ground at front gate, finally filled it in after years and it's already caving in and filling with water. Trash bag on top of parking covered area, just left on top.. very nasty. Leaking water meter, all over the ground by back gate, and I'm sure the water leak cost will be passed onto us. We've had a broken fridge since we moved in and they always do bare minimum to repair. Absolutely refuse to give us anything new regardless of it being here prior to use moving in. The sad thing is that when we brought this up to the previous leasing manager, she stated we could simply move to another property and gave suggestions. So to fix problems, I have to pay for moving, down payment for new place and go through the hassles of changing everything because the management here rather NOT listen and make changes. I would suggest another apartment complex if you're able to do so.."

"I have lived here for 2 years this coming December. The most recent Management has made a big difference in a short amount of time. Great job Janie - this is the most comfortable the atmosphere has been here for me since I moved in. The new parking policy for visitors parking has made a major difference. I can have friends or family over and have an open spot to reserve for them to park. Keep it up Janie - please stay. There has been to much turn over of management."
