"Let me start this off, despite all negative comments, Mr.Claude Whittsett has been nothing but kind, understanding and communicative to me and my wife. Claude and Ms. Martha are the best management that this apartment has seen in years!! Me and my wife have been living here for 3 and 1/2 years, she is hispanic and disabled and Claude and Ms Martha have been so understanding and adapting to my family’s needs. They have hosted bonding community events like their amazing barbecue, they have fixed up the apartments with new paint jobs and renovating the units. When we moved this place was in shambles and we had just moved to humble , with the new management this place has never looked better. Anyone who has commented negative reviews has violated the lease agreement and has been disrespectful of some sort. I highly encourage anyone who is even remotely interested to come check this place out and have a chat with Ms.Martha."
"Wilson Place has been great since the new owner came! The building looks great, the gates have a safer precaution and everybody in the leasing office is friendly. It’s a quiet & safe complex."
"I can say the new management is putting in a lot of work to “beautify” the apartments, however since living here I feel as though they over monitor the security cams for the wrong purpose. They use the cameras for everything except security it seems and have no problem calling a million times or sending emails when they feel like there may be a lease violation. I don’t get a peace of mind feeling like I’m being watched 24/7. The office staff seem very intrusive and unhappy with their job. Aside from the staff the apartments have very little storage, and the walls are paper thin. There is a group of kids who are constantly allowed to roam rampant and disrespect the community to no avail. I would not recommend these apartments but understandably sometimes people have no choice."
"I’ve been a residence here at Wilson Place going on 5yrs. The new manager’s are so nice, understanding and very attentive. Since they’ve become managers I have seen so many changes and for the better. They are willing to meet everyone’s needs as well as their wants if possible. I just signed another lease and it’s all because of their friendliness and caring."
