"I have lived here since it was bellaterra. Bellaterra had its woes but babyyyy The Henry management is piss poor! Corporate, office staff, and maintenance crew are 0/10! Office staff either can’t speak English well or don’t know anything when you ask questions. Complete incompetence. If you want for wake up to your car on bricks, live here! New management has approved all the wrong types of people here and now this complex reminds you of one in greenspoint honey. No security, broken gates, cars broken into or all four wheels taken every week! Management does not care just wants their $1200/month rent for the broke down raggedy units. If you’re looking here or just moved in, this post is a warning of what’s to come"

"These are the worst apartments I ever live in if I can give no stars I would when I tell you, I don’t wish no one to move here. These people do not care about nothing but money I have called the police I have called the security I have spoken with my attorney in regards to these apartments. They allow 10 people to live in a two bedroom on the third That I have complained about multiple times the AC unit is 50 years old. They did to put new appliances in this unit. I had to bring my own refrigerator here because of them having 50 year old appliances in here if I would’ve known that these apartments was this horrible and do not care about the tenant at all I would’ve never moved to these disgusting apartments so I give 3000 zeros to these people I don’t wanna even give one star they don’t deserve no. I will not be calling your office I will be reporting you guys to the BBB"

"(6 year resident) Over a year long issue: Sewage from the units in my building backs up into our tub and kitchen sink. Nothing is being done to correct the issue. I have complained and sent emails to no avail. Each time I call about this health hazard, I get the run around. Office staff pretended as if they didn't see the repeated work order for the same issue and had the nerve to tell me they needed a paper trail as if calling in an emergency maintenance request isn't enough. I requested to be placed into another unit, and that's being ignored. They just continue to send the maintenance guy out to snake the drain. The maintenance guy clearly doesn't know what he is doing when he attempted to plunge the tub with my plunger as if plunging the tub would stop the feces from shooting up from the drain. And they never clean up the feces after they snake or vacuum out the septic tank. They just leave my tub full of feces for me to clean up. I guess they want us to bathe in feces. They continue to tell us why it's happening instead of providing a solution. Just refuse to take accountability! Refuse to accommodate!DONT MOVE HERE!! WE PAY HIGH RENT TO BATHE FECES AND SMELL FECES EVER OTHER MONTH! Update: Maintenance came out 10/13 to supposedly fix the problem but only a temporary fix clearly because 10/16 feces is back in my tub!!! 10/16: Maintenance came out but since I cleaned the feces, he took a pic, went to the office and told them that there was nothing wrong with my tub. And even though I had already took pictures and uploaded them with my work order the office manager took his word for it!!! 10/19: Sewage water is back!!!"
