"I've lived here for 2 years now.And I felt I could deal with whatever was going to come of these apartments. The office staff seemed friendly enough..Whoever the owner is needs to maybe renovate..Maintenance is backed up so it takes forever to be taken care of.. Maintenance of the buildings in general is not great.. the buildings are way old and it shows.. rotted out ceilings collapsing. mildew/mold issues.None of the windows are given screens so they recommend you air out your unit but provide no protection from the horde of flies/bees that are around..Very serious leaks.alot of the kitchens haven't been updated in so long the particle board they used to make them are swollen and chipping off.. the roaches come and go.. we have invested in lots of poisons for the bugs.It's definitely the landlord special type of apartment complex.. the dumpsters as of now and maybe a month ago.. have not been cleaned up there's like a mountain of garbage building up.. the flies are insane.. and even if you're a decent tenant and clean up before you leave your unit.. you will not receive your deposit. I have video proof of my unit being absolutely clean.. and have yet to receive the deposit for it. That was a year ago.. I hope they get it together one day because the potential of this complex is pretty good there's no reason why it should be so bad.."

"The Management is sub par. You can call and need maintenance for your apartment and they don't answer the phone. If you leave a message you will not get a return call. You have to keep calling over and over until someone finally answers. There are no on-site maintenance even for emergency. They us outside contractors to do repairs and so far. I've seen one person for plumbing and a/c and one person for everything else. The streets in front of the parking areas flood in modest rain. So if you have to get out to work or come back home, you can't or you will. Flood hour vehicle out. There is one drain in the street in between the parking lots and I requested that the drain be cleaned seven months ago. I guess that fell at dead ear because as of today that hasn't happened. There is no security, even at night. People here are friendly and I'm sure there's crime here but it is low key. The two bedrooms doesn't have a pantry. I haven't seen the 3 bedrooms. And the 2 bedrooms has no counter space. The appliances are old and broken down. My refrigerator leaks inside from the top and it gets in my food. My a/c had been leaking for months. Wetting the walls and carpet in several rooms. There is mold and mildew because of it and a horrible odor too. They came and repaired it. And 2 days later it broke again with the same problem over a weekend. I got no response when I called and left a message. It ruined some of my things in one of my bedrooms from the mildew and water damage. One of my entire closets was totally soaked. And the smell has been giving me breathing problems."

"My experience with this property has been a roller coaster for 6 months. But in the end, we came up w/a solution that works for everyone. The exterior can use some tlc but the floor plans are big and the community is quiet. Now, I'm happy to be apart of the Barrington family!"

"I like it, good price and nice apartments nothing compared to apartments I lived in before. It’s quiet the only timed I hear it get a bit louder than usual is the weekends but after 10pm it’s back to being super quiet. I haven’t experienced or seen any crimes since I’ve moved in which is such a relief, the apartments I lived in previously had high crime rates and I experienced it myself... so I’m very happy on that aspect, no one really bothers, everyone is nice and friendly so I feel really comfortable even just walking around the neighborhood, I don’t feel like I’m going to get robbed at gunpoint again. The apartments are very clean the reason I give 4 stars is because of maintenance, it took a month for them to come out and fix my shower & I had just moved in so yeah I was NOT happy but other than that everything is going great so far."
