"This place is a dump. The facilities are worn out and my car was towed by their towing company even though I was registered by their AirBnb customer. The bbq grills have been defective for years and I killed a huge cockroach the first night there. The office staff are not there to help anyone. You can do much better than this place!"

"Have been staying here for months and they enforce towing which is fine. However they recently switched to a third party software for parking permits, gave me a bad link, and I had to pay 300 dollars to get my car back. I was then told it was my responsibility to go to the leasing office and address the bad link. Mind you in their system my car is registered it just wasn't registered with the third party software that they gave me the bad link for. So my car despite being registered with the apartment complex was towed because I had no way to know that I was never issued an official electronic permit. Very professional."

"I think that the place has really great potential . It’s in a fantastic location and is seemingly well priced . However the only issue is the long distances you must walk to get to the parking lot , and some of the apartments aren’t quite as fancy as they advertise . The cabinets are chipping and the tiles are cracked . Not to mention the floors are kinda cheap . This also goes for the doors to the bedroom , they refuse to stay shut . Lastly their is very little closer space and almost no other storage space what so ever !! Quiet complex though. ."

"My experience being here for over 2 years has been great. Consuelo and Rubi at the leasing office have been very helpful and diligent solving all issues. Always offering a smile, patience and solutions when any situations have come up. The management will fix everything ASAP and when some situations have needed to take longer they will make sure to keep the tenants informed of the process and dates for resolution."
