"Stacey Austin is the best leasing agent I have ever experienced. She is very informative, friendly and eliminates the stress out of finding your next home. From the moment I walked through the door I was politely greeted and felt welcomed. The property is beautiful and well maintained. I love that there are lots of amenities avaliable to the residents. Being new to Houston i wanted a place that prioritized safety and that takes maintenance and resident concerns seriously and I have found it. 5755 Hermann Park is in a great location with lots of attractions and restaurants to choose from. I can't wait to experience all this community has to offer. I'm home!"

"I have been here for about 9 months and there have been many changes. I appreciate the staff and can say that staff changes have had a significant impact on the positive shift in the community. As a resident and transplant, community engagement has been the primary form of socialization for me and the dedication to engage with residents is appreciated. I have enjoyed the active and passive engagement opportunities from a Door Decorating Competition to pool parties. I feel welcomed and safe here! While my unit is my Home, I still feel at home when I step outside my door. Areas of improvement would mostly be cleanliness of the common spaces and the Valet Trash process. I know my concerns have been heard and the property always seeks to resolve resident concerns as quickly as possible. It’s appreciated! Nick is always helpful and responsive with completing maintenance requests in a timely fashion. Stacey and Courtney have been a great addition to the team!"

"Pros: -Great location next to Hermann Park and museum district Cons: -Apartment was not cleaned before move in (mold in drain and under sink, feet became filthy walking barefoot) -FREQUENT electricity and water outages specific to this property -Frequent loud parties at pool late into the night which would echo into apartment -Residents/guests would trash the property (e.g. repeatedly breaking door handle making one entrance temporarily unusable) -Residents leaving trash in hallway all day (or multiple days in a row). Residents pile up trash in trash room rather than put it down shoot - hold your breath before entering or even walking by the door! -Parking garage issues (e.g. car break ins and period of broken garage door) -Poor follow-up communication by staff. We'd receive an email informing us that the elevator is broken or garage door is broken but they'll let us know when they're functioning again...only to never receive said follow-up communication. New property manager attempted to be more strict towards tenants regarding some of these concerns (leaving trash in hallways, late night parties) during the end of my stay but based on my experience as a whole I would not recommend this property."

"We have been here for nearly a year and really only have nice things to say about the property. We have a spacious apartment, large walk-in closets, great view from our balcony, really nice kitchen with tiled backsplash and large island. Neighbor noise is non-existent. The pool and gym are very nice and never too busy. They are also very pet friendly here. There’s a dog park and plenty of room for the dogs to play. Whenever we put in a request for maintenance, they always take care of it very quickly. I love that you can use the apartments app to put in a maintenance request or pay rent. The package concierge lockers are also a huge plus, no more having to worry about porch bandits running off with my sneakers. The parking garage has also been pretty safe and well lit. We have been renting apartments for at least the last 15 years, all over the country, and this has probably been the best yet."
