"Talk about a turnaround! This property has undergone some major changes for the better of the Residents! The Manager Christina has taken over and now the crime, disturbances, and safety issues has gone done tremendously. There is always an officer on site and gates are no longer accessible to non residents. The cameras are installed and actually working. We don’t share the pool area with outsiders anymore. That’s just to name a few. And overall the property feels like a safer environment. I would also like to point out the speed and accuracy of my work orders. Not only are they being taken care of quickly, but the maintenance teams actually takes time to complete the orders correctly so the problem doesn’t happen again. Lastly, I would like to add, everytime I go in the office Ms.Sharee or Ms.Christina(Asst.Mgr) are always eager to help me. They always make me feel welcomed. The resident events are also a plus and definitely plays a part in me renewing my lease."

"Christina the manager there is truly God sent ! Anytime I have a concern about anything she’s always answers with much details as possible &’ if anything I’m always leaving her office very pleased and she has little events for us to enjoy. I absolutely love the atmosphere around my home’s community. Maintenance is also always on top of things which is a huge plus for me. Truly the BEST place I’ve ever leased with !"

"My time at Willowbend apartments has come to an end and they were a great start up apartment. The units looked exactly like the pictures and were kept up nicely. The maintenance team is the best one I have ever experienced. They responded to requests quickly and kept up with everything. The only issues I had were pool trespassing in the summer; kids would come from other communities and trash/ use the pool EVERYDAY during hotter months. Recently I noticed they have a new management and security closes the pool by 10 so hopefully that takes care of the noise. My first year I lived on the 3rd floor and didn’t have any issues with rodents/bugs but my second year on the first floor was the opposite. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the first floor due to bugs being more prominent. Overall my experience has been a 4/5. I wouldn’t live here again due to me out growing the space but it definitely was a great start!"

"Myself and wife have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience while searching for a new place to live. The staff were amazing and very friendly and accommodating. Sharee was phenomenal and made the both of us feel welcome. She took her time to explain everything that we need to know to make our experience comfortable. This property provides great amenities for its residents. I was pleased to learn about the community events that have been implemented for residents. It was thoughtful that you are able to take a welcome photo as given an option to choose flowers that comes with a vase to place in your new apartment. Overall great experiences! Everyone in the office is very very friendly!"

"This property was absolutely beautiful inside and out! The landscaping was beautiful and well thought out. The flowers were bright and welcoming. The pool is stunning! Sharee was such an awesome help explaining things to me, showing me all the different options with the floor plans to meet my family's needs! Definitely recommend the property 10 out of 10!"
