"They control your A.C. over here. My wife has to bake 24 cupcakes for a function we are having Friday. I understand the hi temperature today is 71. It is 81 in The apartment. We turned The Air on at is blowing Heat. Smh!"

"Run don’t be scammed, they clam that they don’t have a model to show you and that residents are so happy that the don’t move out so they don’t have any apartments for show, and then when you finally see the place after months of being waiting the apartments aren’t livable they are disgusting and they have huge piles of dirt all over the property because they have pipes dug up because they have severe plumbing issues and they they steal your deposit after they can’t show you any place so you are either rail roaded into taking the place or loose your money run, run ,run don’t do it"

"It’s an older building but everything works! Even with the really hot summer we had A/C kept going and we still had power. Maintenance has always resolved any issues I had VERY fast. Front office is very prompt and friendly. People that live here are friendly as well. There are a lot of homeless people in the area, but as long as they have their shopping carts with treasure they won’t bother you. Also…very reasonably priced!"

"I've lived at Crossview Court Apartments for a couple years the manager is amazing I've never had an issue that wasn't resolved quickly. There always helpful and friendly. The prices here is definitely affordable considering other apartments in the area... highly recommend this apartment complex. Thank you Management Team"

"I am a current resident and I have been enjoying living here. Small quiet community and they keep the grounds clean. Haven't had a problem with roaches or rats. Timely response for maintenance. The complex is safe in that I have not heard of any breakin's in people's cars or apartments. I've never heard anyone playing loud music in their apartment - at least not in the part of the complex where I live. There is usually always someone in the leasing office and when I've called them, if they weren't able to answer the phone right away, they always call me back same day. I have lived here almost a year now and overall, I've been very satisfied living here. Will be renewing my lease here."
