I’ve never rented a place site unseen and was a little nervous but when I arrived, The Manager Monica was a delight to work with, she and the other girls in the leasing office really went above and beyond to make me feel at home. THANK YOU LADIES !! And I can’t wait to see the rest of the renovations coming to the Flats."

"Complex is trash. The women in the office are gross. A neighbor of mine told me the leasing agents said if they gave a good review they would handle the maintenance issue. Sewer covers the back part of the property. The gym is broken. There is no dog park. One unit has over 7 people living in it. It took three tries to get the sink to work. In the last three months no sink in the apartment would work properly. I posted a review with these photos and was given an eviction notice"

"This apartment is NOT to the place to move if you’re a single, young professional new to Houston. Do not do it. The location is outside of the city where most events are, the premises are unkept and littered (the gates didn’t have handles or locks (pictures below) and the Dwelo system in my apartment didn’t work; this was never fixed during my entire 12 months of living there despite me talking directly with the manager, Matilda, about it), and the walls are paper thin so you can hear everything happening outside, which did not help during quarantine while I worked from home. The management team and maintenance teams are average. Expect long wait times for answers: my security deposit after I moved out in July wasn’t returned to me until mid-September after I called multiple times for updates. Their leasing office is locked at all times unlike other businesses (at first it was a COVID precaution, but now, it seems unnecessary if people who enter wear their masks respectfully). Maintenance staff were kind people but they did the bare minimum to “fix” issues (see photo of how they asked me to place a rat trap in my A/C closet for a mouse problem. Unacceptable) The only reason why I’m giving this place one star is because the washer dryer in unit never broke and there’s gas heating/cooking (saved me during the February freeze), so that was a plus."
