"I usually get the steak and rice, and it's usually just a matter of minutes before it arrives. My waitress Diana was so sweet, caring, and attentive. Prices are fair, food is excellent, and service is always great. A mutual "thank you" from everyone on the way out is always appreciated. It's nice to see the downtown have some traffic on the weekends. Tobala is a most welcome addition to Aledo's historic and growing downtown."

"Amazing food! In town for some family business and decided to have dinner here. I had the Molcajete. delicious! Steak, chicken, shrimp, lots of other goodies. It comes with rice, beans, pico, guac, and tortillas. Way more than I could finish, which made me sorry that I'd eaten lunch. I don't think they've been open very long, but you'd never know it. Excellent food, great service. These folks are really on their game."
