"This is a very nice apartment complex. Everything is clean. No trash on the ground outside or around the trash dumping area. The manager is very helpful when it came to tell me what I needed to become a resident. I would truly love to live here. I hope a unit become available soon."
"Great apartments with an awesome location! Lovely kitchen with a very nice countertop that doubles as a bar so no need for a dining table. Comfortably fit 5 adults and two hyper children. Beat those tiny NYC/LA-built apartments any day! Plus the manager is super knowledgeable and kind, he went out of his way to show me all that the apartment had to offer."
"Beautiful complex within an amazing neighborhood, office manager was very knowledgeable of the complex. Although he had no units available he was able to show me a few amenities like the fitness center, business office for the tenants as well as the pool area. Overall I had an amazing visit at the Dian Street Villas."

"While the units are aesthetically pleasing, with gated parking and a delightful neighborhood, I’ve encountered significant drawbacks. The apartment office consistently fails to adhere to posted hours, making it difficult to access services. Additionally, the promised Business Center is perpetually locked, rendering it inaccessible. Although the complex provides a commendable program offering benefits, such as activities and a lunch program, the execution lacks consistency. Events are often a no-show on the designated day, leaving residents disappointed. The lack of accountability and follow-through is disheartening. The recent change in management brought an unsettling incident to light. During an office visit, I witnessed the new apartment manager engage in a heated dispute with a tenant. This argument unfolded in front of residents, including myself, causing unnecessary distress. While the manager may not control the tenant’s behavior, a more professional approach to de-escalate the situation or relocate the conversation to a private space would have been appreciated. The lack of an apology post-incident further added to the unprofessionalism observed. Overall, my gratitude for having shelter is juxtaposed with disappointment in the inconsistent services and unprofessional conduct displayed."
