"Note: I am not writing this review as a resident but someone who was extremely happy with the tour received! My partner and I toured with Adrian, who was an absolute delight and very knowledgeable! It was obvious he had a lot of passion for the community and his job on the tour. Also, I have never had a leasing agent call me to confirm an appointment and verify my info ahead of time for the concierge, which was a refreshing experience that made the whole process much smoother!"

"I've been residing in Camden Downtown for 17 months now, and I must say I've developed a strong affinity for the community and the staff. Shoutouts to TJ Tidiane Faye and Andrean, who exhibit exceptional work ethics and a friendly demeanor. While I regret that my review may not be entirely positive, considering my genuine appreciation for this apartment, I feel compelled to address certain issues, primarily concerning the manager's approach and a few operational matters. My initial concern arose with the hardwood floor in my living room. Despite paying approximately $3,900 per month for a two-bedroom unit, the hardwood floor continuously shifted, leaving noticeable gaps. I reported this issue for an entire year, but the problem was never rectified satisfactorily. Although a technician came once, they made no substantial improvements and failed to return as promised. This predicament led to recurring embarrassment whenever guests commented on the shifting floor, given the premium I paid for the apartment. Despite consistently making on-time rent payments for 10 months, I encountered a frustrating situation when I updated my bank details on their payment portal for setting up automatic monthly rent payments. I thoroughly removed my previous banking information from their system and inputted the new details. However, when the rent was due, their system malfunctioned and attempted to withdraw funds from my old account twice, causing the payment to fail. Shockingly, I was billed $240 for each failed attempt, in addition to a late fee, resulting in an extra charge of $900 that month. To exacerbate matters, all of this transpired within the span of a week. To ensure accuracy prior to the payment date, I had visited the leasing office after updating my banking information, seeking their confirmation that everything was in order. They assured me that everything appeared fine from their end. Despite this, they still imposed the unwarranted fees of $900, demonstrating a lack of consideration and responsiveness. The management's handling of this situation has been subpar, leaving me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. forcing me to pay nearly $5,000 that month. My third concern revolves around parking. I possess multiple vehicles and often use visitor passes sometime. The visit pass have my unit#, plate, issue, and expiry details very visible. Towing typically requires office authorization, and they usually call unit holders with valid passes. However, my car was towed without notice, costing me around $370 to retrieve it. Management refused any reimbursement or resolution. While I cherish the friendly ambiance and pleasant neighbors, the management's lack of consideration and responsiveness warrants improvement. It is my hope that they can enhance their tenant relations and address these recurring issues."

"I can confidently say that my experience living in this high-rise has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the level of care that the management team put into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents. The high-rise itself is modern, stylish, and well-maintained. The spacious floor plan is perfect for both entertaining guests and relaxing after a long day at work. I especially appreciate the high-end finishes and appliances, which make me feel like I am living in luxury. One of the standout features of this apartment complex is the range of amenities that are available to residents. The fitness center is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and the swimming pool is a wonderful place to cool off with gorgeous views of downtown. Perhaps the best part of living in this apartment, however, is the exceptional customer service provided by the management and maintenance teams. Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance, they have been quick to respond and always go above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied. Overall, I cannot recommend this high-rise enough. It is the perfect place to call home, and I feel truly fortunate to be a resident here. If you are looking for a luxurious and comfortable living experience, look no further than this apartment complex."

"Amazing new high rise in the heart of downtown, walking distance to Toyota Center. The features and amenities are endless. Pool with a great view, 24-hour concierge, state of the art gym, and lots more. If you go in to tour, ask for Ebun.
