"Just renewed our lease for another year at this awesome property! The location is perfect for us "Empty Nesters". We have a beautiful apartment and incredible amenity spaces still let us get the whole family together for special occasions. The staff is fantastic and we just couldn't be happier."
"I have voiced my concerns about how unsanitary and uncleanly the outside of the building has been for years and feel like my concern has fell on deaf ears. There is a huge issue with dog feces being EVERYWHERE around the building. Dog feces carries disease, pathogens, parasites and bacteria, it can make you or your pet very sick. If they step in it, they also can track it in the apartment, I have taken a few photos just to share how bad it is and it needs to be addressed. Just an idea: Start fining residents for not cleaning up their dog feces. I would also make sure we are keeping adequate bags available for residents to use to promote cleaning up after their dogs. These photos are a half a walk around the building and not taken in multiple walks - It's truly how bad it is. If a manager walked around today I bet this is exactly what they would see, I didn't take photos of all of it but you get the point."
"The staff here are amazing! The are all professional and responsive. The property is quiet and safe. I love my apartment and view. 1414 is the perfect location to get out and walk to a ball game, the bars on Main st. or a restaurant. They even offer a trainer 2 days a week as a bonus. I will recommend this property to anyone."
"I wasn’t sure about living downtown but it has turned out to be an overall good experience. The make ready cleaning could have been better but the community and staff are great. Everyone’s so friendly and helpful."
"1414 wow, talk about the prefect luxury apartment and the heart of downtown. I’ve been here 9 Months and couldn’t ask for a better staff and let’s not talk about the amazing view from my balcony. I’ma big Astros fan so I can literally walk 5-7 mins to get to the stadium. It’s lots of great restaurants and also my Amenities are to die for. I moved here from NC and the staff made it so easy and stress free ( Madison and Brent) and I just want to thank the company for all they have do thus far. To many more years here thanks 1414"
