"I moved here at the beginning of last year, although we had a rocky start at the beginning of my move-in, (understandable since it was something that was out of their control.) I can say Ms. Rosalinda handled that situation expeditiously and they took good care of me. Anytime I have called to report an issue maintenance handles the situation in a timely manner. (Although, I don’t call often as I don’t have many issues with my unit.) I can say Ms. Rosalinda is a great property manager, very caring and wants what’s best for us tenants, based on how the property was years ago, I can say that the apartment complex has greatly improved, I am glad that she is managing the property. She’s very proactive in sending us reminders/newsletters regarding events that are being hosted in our complex and during this winter storm she sent us tips on how to prepare the unit in case something were to happen and provided suggestions for us to keep in mind. The complex is small and quiet, and there’s no issues with the neighbors, everyone’s pretty friendly. Ms. Rosalinda is the best!"
"Ms. Rosalinda is a great Manager, she gets things done when needed and is very professional about it, maintenance man Isman is very good at his job. The only problem I have at this point is the hot pressure is little too none and this is very frustrating."

"I moved here last year, and I've had an amazing experience here. For my first apartment, I got really lucky to be a part of this community. Ms. Rosalinda always finds solutions to problems quickly, and the maintenance team here have absolutely rocked the place by fixing issues swiftly and quickly. It takes a team, and it's great to see that the team here communicates well, and value our time."
"I've lived here for about 5 years now. Awsome place to live quite and clean. Ms Rosalinda is a sweet lady. And she helps u out and takes time to listen to you when u have a maintenance problem and other things. Love the way this place has come sence she been manager. The only thing they don't have is a Lil play ground for the kids. But other than that it a nice place to live."
