The Terraces at Fall Creek Apartments

"I’ve been at this complex since 2022. Since then, it’s been hell living here. On my first week at this complex my catalytic converter was stolen. front office did nothing about it! They lied to me and said they would put cameras. They NEVER did and don’t bother calling the front office. They NEVER answer !! They gave me a broken control remote for the gate and when I asked for a replacement they said they had none. What would it even matter anyways, since the gate is ALWAYS broken!! On top of that when I went to receive my package from the Amazon locker, it was mixed with someone else’s package and then management tried to blame ME, and threaten to call the police on me for theft!?!? When someone mistakenly put a package in MY locker !! This apartment complex is not luxury whatsoever. There’s no type of security, so be sure to lock your cars, but wait!! Every night tow trucks are here towing everyone’s vehicles for anything and everything all at your expense, even though you’re paying high rent for low quality living! On top of it all, the whole apartment complex is in need of a cleaning! It smells bad every time you walk to your car and there’s always trash everywhere. I’m ready to take my family anywhere but here once my lease is done. Please if you’re looking for a decent apartment complex and especially have children do not bother coming here. The high cost of living is not worth the stress that management gives."

"Alejandra and cedric did a great job giving me all the information i asked and needed considering i am moving from out of town! They are very nice & a pleasure to speak with. Hoping & praying my daughter & I is approved for our new soon to be home!"

"The staff is always nice! Jaylon is always professional, helpful,and well dressed! He is definitely a people person. Cedric is always nice, and professional as well. Chris was the assistant manager, and maybe he transferred to another property, but he was always, helpful, professional, and well dressed. Maintenance is always prompt, and the property is very clean! Alejandra was in the office from another location,and she was very nice! Overall I like the staff and the property is well kept. They have security cameras that monitor. They have various food trucks that visit the property . My only complaint is the gate. Residents are constantly breaking the gate However it's fixed right away! I think it's getting stuck by numerous cars going through without properly letting it close . I would definitely recommend the property. The apartment is very spacious."

"My first experience was definitely a lasting one and I’m looking forward to living at this community. Chris was my touring agent and he was more than helpful in helping me pick a unit and answering all of my questions with full transparency. The community grounds are very well keep. The unit itself doesn’t feel like an apartment but an actual miniature home. Great floor plan and very reasonable prices for the amount of space you get. He also helped me with the application process. I felt like a family member being well taken care of. I will definitely recommend this property to my friends and family."

"So when walked in everybody was all smiles. Cedric is the gentleman who helped me, extremely nice, patient and was excited to show me around the property. He explained everything so simple which made me comfortable rather than uncomfortable. When we returned from the tour, Jalen was very nice as well with the perfect holiday smile. Also, the property was well kept. Lawn well manicured. It didn't smell. No unsavory looking characters lurking. I liked my experience."
