"Honest review, no malice no manipulation. Paid $560 to the towing company after having a resident sticker, for being towed twice within 6days. Highly dissatisfied will not recommend friends or family and will definitely have second thoughts on renewal of the lease with them. They have apartments and townhouses outside the gated community with no security and no parking spot Most of the apartment complex that I've lived in has two parking spots each apartment or otherwise based on the number of bedrooms. Their tie up with the towing company has worsened the situation. Instead of it being a convenient to the residents it's now a hassle. The towing company comes into picture where there are to tow non resident vehicles here it's about towing the vehicles of residents to a storage location 20mins away from the property. Looks like somebody is making extra money here. Most of the parking spots are reserved & people with bare minimum who cannot afford to pay for the parking spot are most likely to end up paying to release their vehicles. My worst experience with them lost two days work running about to get the vehicle released. Maintenance isn't upscale either have been living with a non functional dishwasher and the main socket in the living room not working. Hassle on top of a hassle."

"I suggest waiting at least 3-4 months to provide your review for companies!!! It's always "good" in the beginning... allow some time and you'll see how things really work. The area is nice... however the pictures online are not what you get when you move in. The pictures show upgrades and these apartments have not been upgraded! Management needs customer service training! There is lack of communication from management! No return calls, no return emails, etc. If you're looking for a place to live, they'll surely approve you to make their numbers!!! And that's all you'll be is a number!!! Rockstar Capital is piss poor with management and the people they hire!!!!"

"I just moved into my apartment at the end of August and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Marco Guzman, who helped with completing the application and final details, was great! He’s friendly and professional and will take care of you. The unit itself is well maintained. The bedroom is larger than most bedrooms and it has a walk in closet. The bedroom size was what truly sold me from other places. When looking at other places side by side and comparing size of bedrooms or overall units and price, it was a no-brainer. The color scheme of my apartment is so pretty and modern. My dog and I are very happy here!"
