"I recently had the unfortunate experience of residing at Costa Rialto, and I feel compelled to share my review to shed light on the concerning events that transpired. Regrettably, my encounter with this establishment was far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend it as a suitable place of residence. On a particular day, while I was engaged in innocuous balcony cleaning, an incident unfolded with my downstairs neighbor's wife. Despite my utmost caution to prevent any water spillage, I was shocked to find myself subjected to racial slurs, as well as the terrifying display of her brandishing a firearm. Understandably concerned for my safety, I promptly contacted the authorities and reported the distressing occurrence. Expecting support and empathy from the leasing office, I approached them the following day to apprise them of the incident. However, to my dismay, their response was far from satisfactory. Astonishingly, I was informed that I had violated certain provisions outlined in Page 3, paragraph 11.1 of the lease agreement, specifically sections a, b, and c under the Prohibited Conduct clause. Consequently, I was given an unjustifiable ultimatum to vacate the premises within a mere three days. This turn of events had a profound impact on my life, causing immense distress and upheaval. It is utterly disheartening to reflect upon the fact that despite being the victim of racial slurs and fearing for my safety, I was unjustly held accountable for the incident. The leasing office's refusal to properly address the gravity of the situation, coupled with their apparent bias, raises serious concerns about their commitment to fairness and equality. As an individual who values inclusivity and expects a safe living environment, I find it deeply troubling that Costa Rialto seemingly failed to uphold these fundamental principles. The discriminatory treatment I experienced suggests a lack of regard for the well-being and rights of their residents, particularly those who belong to minority communities. In light of these distressing circumstances, I strongly caution against considering Costa Rialto as a viable option for prospective tenants. It is crucial for individuals seeking a welcoming and unbiased living environment to explore alternative accommodations that prioritize their safety and treat all residents with the respect and dignity they deserve. I sincerely hope that my review serves as a wake-up call to the management of Costa Rialto, urging them to reevaluate their policies and practices to ensure a fair and inclusive living community for all individuals, regardless of their race or ethnicity."

"Literally the worst apartment ever , I lived there for 5 years and when I first moved the apartment we’re quite and nice looking , management was amazing within the pass year with the new management that took over they are literally the worst people ever I couldn’t take it any more, I had to move I refused to resign my lease. I bought a brand new car literally all 4 of my tires were stolen the NEXT DAY !!!!!! ask the front office if I could get video footage apparently there are no cameras anywhere in the whole apartments , the gate is always open for anybody to just come on in , the pool is closed year round , everything in the gym is broke ! I had mole in my guest restroom maintenance came a week later and painted over it , like that was the cure for it !! Upstairs apartment stayed flooding so my kitchen walls keep getting stained and paint peeling due to water getting in my house. It’s so many men hanging out around shooting dice cursing and smoking and at any giving time you’re gonna hear gun shots. And don’t get my started on the trash ITS LITERALLY TRASH EVERYWHERE!! These apartments are definitely not were you wonna raise kids or even bring company, save your money and your time and go somewhere else !!"

"What business allows contractors to cover up handicap Parking spaces . This is ridiculous and direct reflection of the owners and management. Not to mention is 100 plus degrees over the past two weeks , it’s July and their pool is locked. Sadly this is “ NEW” pathetic ownership! Would never entertain staying in a place with this type of behavior from ownership and management ."
