"Wish I could give it 0 stars. I’ve been here 2 years and finally decided to move out a few months ago. Only reason I stayed because it was close to my job. I payed for parking and a reserved spot, but my car got towed 3 times plus my visitors car got towed after parking in the visitor parking so they had to sit in the car to talk or park on the outside of the gate. Somebody broke my window and a comment was made that they should evict me because they didn’t want any drama. Then almost a year after that I got robbed and they brushed it off. My air conditioner broke and the maintenance man said it’s working because it’s not hot in the house. I made another report a few days later then he said they have to replace something. A month later it went out again at this point my lease was almost up. Once I started moving my stuff they snuck and fixed the air conditioner then checked off my maintenance reports. Not to mention I was paying double for trash which they never came I had to take my own trash out plus extermination, but nobody never came. It was mold and roaches everywhere. They said I broke my lease which I didn’t I finished my contract. They started charging me month to month which I moved out when the lease was done now I got an eviction. Do not move here"

"This apartment has been nothing but a headache and borderline trash. Have been a tenant here for about 3 years and it has been terrible living. Nothing is fixed, none of our requests were met, and staff is rude and unhelpful. The apartments itself are terrible and get worse by the days. You will experience roach infestations, lack of security in the complex, swimming pool always dirty never open, laundry facility never works, no cameras anywhere, terrible parking and an unhealthy living space with mold everywhere. Not to mention the security here is terrible, my car has been broken into twice and my car was towed when I am a resident with a reserved parking which we pay $40 a month for. Still had to take car out of lot for $300, and when I spoke to leasing office I was told “nothing we can do about that” I had to pay and deal with it. If you move here be aware of everything I only write this review to warn others to look for better rental places. I been here for so long because of how affordable it once was, but now they charge what another newer complex charges so might as well go somewhere nicer. All in all this was a terrible living experience, roaches, lack of security, robberies, mold, and rude staff is part of problem that goes on at Northlake Manor so if you are looking into this place please avoid it."

"I have been living in this community for 2 years now and like any apartment community there are pros and cons. Lets start with the cons, over the last 24 months I have paid $75 per month totaling $1800. never not one time have I been able to successfully have a car towed from my reserved covered parking. On top of that the signs that are posted here for the towing company does not have a contract to tow here. If you ask the office they tell you they are in "transition" to getting another company. I have had 15 failed attempts to have someone removed from my parking spot. DO NOT PAY for reserved parking here. I have had my cars broken into 3 times. The gates are often broken or open all night long. The biggest con to living here is that the management is constantly changing, so when you walk in the office you will get I don't normally work this property with no solutions. My biggest frustration is that since Anna has been gone I am unable to get a call back from cooperate about my lease and the apartment manager Tiffany says she has to wait for them to sign off on it. I have been attempting to turn in my 60 day notice since February and was unable to get a call back or catch someone in the office till 3/22. I am still waiting for them let me know about my lease. For the Pros, its a very small community so your maintenance issues get resolved the same day. Most of the neighbors are friendly so we all know each other fairly well. For the most part its quiet."

"I stayed at this property for 4 years and would like to say that it is one of the best apartment I ever rented. Staffs/Leasing officer managers are very caring to tenants. Current leasing office manager Ana is very friendly and tries to resolve the issue on a timely manner. Over the time, this property has been doing great job on renovating the property, improving security, online portal to pay rent and able to create work orders. I highly recommend this property to people who are looking for some affordable but a good property for renting."
