"The managers of these apartments send unprofessional messages to the residents and intimidate people with evictions from the apartments by rules as absurd as that residents must put curtains of the color they say, and the volume of the television must be at low volume. When the apartments are located in a place where the noise of the planes is loud."

"Villas at Foxbrick has treated us AMAZINGLY. We got super behind on the apartment search and stopped here one day sporadically and we are glad we did. The app process/move in process has been seamless. Dana has always answered emails same day and has always answered any questions we had. She is so kind. We are most impressed with having a couple (small) things to be fixed and maintenance coming within 24 hours of our requests. This is not something we have seen at our past complexes in this area. My roommate and I are very impressed and are looking forward to our next year here. Thank you Villas!"

"This place is the worst. Tom and Dana (the office staff) have run that place into the ground. My ac was out for 11+ days IN JUNE! They do not care about their residents and they are so unprofessional. If you are thinking of moving there please don't waste your time or money."

There is a powerful sense of well being when one finds that perfect place. Dana is the diamond that highlights this hidden gem. It was a great pleasure in working through the process with her. She is the greatest example of a real estate professional. I’m grateful for the experience. The units will shock you even more than the beautiful grounds surrounding them. I have visited many properties in the Greater Houston Area. Some had beautiful properties others did not. I found properties that had hidden monthly charges etc. but everything Dana represents is above board and amazing. The Villas at Foxbrick are by far and incontestable, the best complex in NW Houston. Don’t sell you or your loved ones short by settling for less. Visit Dana and let her show you what a wonderful community she represents."
