"I walked into this location about 3 months ago and was told 1 bedroom was renting out at 765 a month. I called today and they increased it to over 900 a month, LOL I found 620 sq ft 1 bedroom for 780 a month nicer interior."
"I've been here a year and love it! It may not be a fancy apt but it's quiet, clean and private! If something brakes they fix immediately! Only thing I would change is pool open longer hours and every day during swimming part of the year but other than that I'm very happy! Great customer service from everyone working here!!"
"True these apartments are older but still very nice I have lived here for 3 years when something breaks it is fixed right away which is more than I can say about other places I have lived. It's quiet and peaceful once you are inside it is relaxing and safe with the hospital security and police driving by 24 hours you are well taken care of"
"Quiet peaceful location is great right of 59, near a hospital, airport, and mall. The landlord is very strict, but understanding. She and the maintenance guy make sure things run smoothly. The apartments are older, but they maintain them very well. Lived there two years and would recommend them to anyone living on a budget and wanting peace and quiet. They are a great find, they don't do too much advertising so I got lucky."
