"The manager is a horrible person who does nothing but lie. We lived there for 2 years with nothing but issues from that woman! The roaches were horrible no matter how hard we tried to get rid of them and they did nothing about it. The management was always trying to catch you in something even if that meant coming up with their own story! I would NEVER recommend living here! There are so many other better places"

"I’m going on my third year living here and it’s been amazing. Management / maintenance is always available and very helpful when things are needed. I’m so shocked at the negative reviews but you can honestly tell they are from people who either got their car towed for parking where they SHOULDN’T because they are NOT residents, or simply old residents complaining about their own infestation from their own filth. Lol. This place is peaceful and very clean. I couldn’t ask for a better community to live in."

"8/2023 Warning! AVOID THIS PLACE! RUN! Low income based apartments. Manager Gloria Alvarez-Gonzalez definitely have a SUPERIORITY COMPLEX! She is an EXPLOITER. MILKING tenants and pocketing made up fees from tenants who are low income and already have nothing. Most tenants can't stand her and fear her! PETTY TOWING vehicles illegally inflicting unnecessary suffering on LOW INCOME tenants like a predator thief in the night while sleeping. Causing complications, stress, anxiety, loss of income, and manger Gloria gets a cut from towing company. What a HORRIBLE, DESPICABLE PERSON! TRASH EVEN!"
